To have a private toilet, it's necessary to reserve a twin room with both a shower and toilet. Otherwise, the shower may only be available with a shared toilet in the hallway.
What is the best way to travel from Schiphol Airport to the hotel if arriving after midnight?

From Schiphol, take a train to Amsterdam Central Station, which operates roughly every 15 minutes. Once at Central Station, you can catch tram 14 to the Artis Zoo / Plantage Kerklaan stop, or take a taxi, which usually costs between EUR 37 and EUR 60.
